Shipping & Returns

we ship 7 days a week Monday to Sunday the last shipping time will be 3pm each day any order after this time will be shipped the next  day .

shipping usually takes 1 to 4 days depending which shipping method you have chosen

we may ship some items separately as they come from our different warehouses but they should still arrive at the same time Lithium batteries are usually shipped on there own as most couriers now request it .

We offer a 1 year warranty on all products if you think your product is faulty contact us to explain the fault we will then arrange the return.
Our engineers will then test the product and confirm it’s faulty once confirmed we will then issue you a replacement item .

if our engineers test the item and it’s not faulty we will return the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

please make sure it’s not your own machine that has another fault before opening a return to avoid unnecessary costs to yourself.

products can be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date of the product if they are unused and in there original packaging. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 14 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn’t used or damaged

Please contact us in regards to your return posting lithium batteries is difficult as most places will not let you post them.

we can arrange for the battery to be collected and we will deduct the cost from your refund .

Return Shipping & charges 

 If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake We can arrange for a courier to collect your item who will also bring a label with him we will deduct the cost of the collection from your refund which is usually £3.99 we will of course discuss this at the time . 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product ordered by mistake are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from vacuum parts
